(1) Enable full screen mode
(2) Navigate to a webpage that scrolls
(3) Scroll down
(4) Scroll up

What is the expected result?

Address bar should reveal itself similar to moving the mouse cursor to the top of the screen

What happens instead?

Address bar remains hidden
