Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chromium and Accerciser
2. Examine the window/frame of Chromium using Accerciser's interface viewer's "Accessible" panel

Expected results: The frame would point to the document via a Relation of type "embeds"

Actual results: The frame doesn't point to the document via a Relation of type "embeds"

The reverse relationship should also be implemented (i.e. from the document to the frame)
