Pre-condition: Have 2 user accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen, Zoom the screen fully and click on the dropdown icon and then on 'Remove this user' option and observe Bottom of the overlay is seen chopped and unable to view 'Remove this user' option

Actual:  Bottom of the overlay is seen chopped and unable to view 'Remove this user' option
Expected: We should be able to see 'Remove this user' option or screen should be scrollable

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M69

NOTE: Issue is also seen in M70,M71
