Regression:Unable to decrypt password even after entering valid credentials

Issue description

Chrome Version: 72.0.3582.0 (Official Build) db5d271436f9329304e394c13ed3fb573588c2de-refs/branch-heads/3582@{#1}(32/64 bit)

OS:  Win(7,8,8.1,10) , Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.1)  and Linux(14.04 LTS)

Precondition: Atleast one saved password entry should be present in 'chrome://settings/passwords'.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://settings/passwords'.
2.Click on eye icon of saved password such that authentication overlay will appear.
3.Now enter valid password and click on 'ok' button and observe.

Actual  : Unable to decrypt password even after entering valid credentials
Expected: Password should get decrypted after entering valid credentials.

This is Regression issue seen in M-72, and will soon update other info.
Good Build: 72.0.3581.0
Bad Build: 72.0.3582.0

[Password][Settings] Rename index to id in password_manager_proxy.js

This change is a follow-up to r599728 that renamed index to id in
passwords_private.idl. That change missed to update
password_manager_proxy.js, which is fixed by this change.

Update:

Rechecked the above issue on Win(7,8,8.1,10) , Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.1)  and Linux(14.04 LTS) using latest canary build#72.0.3583.0 and issue is fixed.
