Chrome crash the phone and wipe session data while loading media-rich webpages

Reported by c933...@gmail.com, Oct 16

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make the available storage stage within the android system become very little, something like 1 MB or so
2. Load some media rich page

What is the expected behavior?
The webpage should be able to display normally and user should be able to browse normally

What went wrong?
It freezed the entire system while loading probably because the chrome app have consumed available system storage down to zero, resulting in automatical phone reboot, and after reboot, all tabs that were previously opened in the chromium browser have been deleted.

Crashed report ID:

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? No

Chrome version:   Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.0.0
Flash Version:

Probably related to some [but maybe not all] crash I mentioned in the bug report issue 868546 https://crbug.com/868546

* Correction:

How much crashed? should be entire system instead of just the browser

What is the expected behavior? Alternatively the app should be able to avoid crashing the phone in scenario that it absolutely need to use storage for something more important instead of random media cache or whatever that would have bring the system usable memory down to 0, and when that occur it should still be able to conserve session data instead of wiping it

@c933103: Is this issue seen when trying to browse same site in other browsers? 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes may help in further debugging.

Thanks!
@chelamcherla
Haven't encounter this issue on Opera yet
Amd I don't think there's a crash id as it is the entire system that's crashed
