Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11143.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3572.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: The Photo Picker provided a much better UX for selecting photos on Android and it has been a pleasure using on Twitter Lite. But now since Twitter Lite enabled uploading videos as well, then the Photo Picker is no longer shown as there is no picker for both video and photos What is the expected behavior? A Photo/Video picker should really improve the UX What went wrong? We got the old crappy UI asking which of the two cameras to use or select file Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3572.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 11143.0.0 Flash Version:

As per above summary this seems to be a feature request, hence marking as Untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks!

I don't think we can just target a feature request like this to M72. Adding finnur@ to CC for further triage as he built the photo picker and might have more details.

Wanted to point out at the Instagram app does this quite nicely, by showing one frame and the length of the video. I understand that there might be issues supporting all kinds of video formats, but as most videos on people's phone are recorded using the phone camera, at least supporting those videos would help a lot.
