Reported by ghas...@gmail.com, Oct 16

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Installed Chrome enterprise
2. Deployed group policy to disable extension installation
3. Users still able to install extensions
4. When checking in Chrome://policy I can see the policy listed but in the status column there is a message "List entry "0": Value doesn't match format."

What is the expected behavior?

Can you Export to JSON (using the button) and attach that file? That will allow us to validate if the policies are set correctly.
