[ozone/wayland] Cursor is not hidden when playing fullscreen medias.

1) Open any of the youtube videos.
2) Enter fullscreen mode.
3) Cursor must become hidden, but it doesn't.

As the current platform for Chrome/Chromium is based on Aura/X11 and Ozone/Wayland is a new integration, it think it doesn't affect general behaviour for chrome/chromium product. Because this bug is to manage issues for Ozone/Wayland porting, crbug.com/578890, I reopen it. Feel free to leave comment if there are other purposes to close it.
