Cannot change default printer settings with Google Cloud Print

Reported by greg.lat...@brakesdirect.com.au, Oct 16

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.78.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.120 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10895.78.0 (Official Build) stable-channel guado

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tried to print to label printer through Google Cloud Print.
2. Lable printer is attached to Windows computer using Google Cloud Print Service.
3. Labels print fine from Windows computer, but on Chromebox there's no option in the print dialog to stop 'Shrink to page". Need to be able to select "No fitting" as per this list of options:
https://www.google.com/cloudprint/dialog.html (3rd box down)

What is the expected behavior?
Would like to be able to select default printer settings

What went wrong?
Nowhere to change setting in dialog box.

Did this work before? N/A
