What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open "data:text/html, abcאבג123דהוdef"
(2) Long tap on the text
(3) Move selection start handle to between "3" and "ג"
(4) Move selection end handle to between "א" and "d"
What is the expected result?
Should highlight "אבג"
What happens instead?
"דהו" is highlighted. Selection handle locations don't match the highlight, either. See attached screenshot.
