Chrome PDF viewer doesn't display numbers properly on Andorid

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
The PDF viewer supposed to display the measurement.

What went wrong?
Chrome PDF viewer doesn't display the numbers correctly on Android, but display correctly on Desktop chrome PDF viewer.  When it happens on the file, all numbers were display incorrectly. 

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.89  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.0;RCT6303W87M7 Build/MRA58K
Flash Version: 

This happens on multiple drawings, but majority of the drawings display correctly.

Can you provide a link to the PDF you are seeing it on?

There is no Chrome PDF Viewer on Android. Chrome just passes an intent to the PDF Viewer of your choice. Please figure out what app is actually opening your PDFs and file a bug with them. It may be another Google product, but it's not Chrome.

@dtapu it's a link to our ftp server.  As mentioned in OP, this happened to a small portion of our parts and it's on Android tablets only.  

@thestig it might be google PDF viewer, so should I go to the Google Doc Forum?

Yes, but please double check and confirm it's the Google Drive's PDF viewer.
