Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open any page (e.g.: www.google.com) 2. open Dev Tools 3. type into console 'document.documentElement.webkitRequestFullscreen()' to enable full screen mode 4. try to zoom with pinch gesture on touchscreen -> not working 5. press 'F11' to leave full screen 6. press 'F11' again to enable full screen 7. try to zoom with pinch gesture on touchscreen -> working What is the expected behavior? The API call 'webkitRequestFullscreen' should behavior as F11 or menu call. What went wrong? Somehow the fullscreen api call 'webkitRequestFullscreen' has a different behavior as the 'F11' or the enable fullscreen button in the menu. Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 72.0.3581.0 using Windows-10 Surface Pro with steps mentioned in comment# 0. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

**UI Mass triage** Able to reproduce the issue on Windows touch machine using chrome latest canary-72.0.3611.0. As per C#2, it's reproducible from M60.Hence adding appropriate labels. |
