Swarming: Add task_bot_died BotEvent

Right now when a bot is marked as BOT_DIED, no BotEvent is stored to signal this. This is needed to reconstruct the states into which the bot goes into explicitly, instead of searching in the DB.

It's when a task is forcibly terminated by the server.

It's currently stored as task_error, it'll be good enough for now.
