What steps will reproduce the problem?
Pre-steps: Go to chrome://flags and enable #webrtc-unified-plan-by-default flag and relaunch the browser

(1)gmail.com
(2)open a contact and perform a video call

What is the expected result?
Video call works as expected without audio or video calls.

What happens instead?
Chrome browser crashes alike the one we saw in  https://crbug.com/889032  and https://crbug.com/888460

Both the tabs related to video call and the gmail.com tab is crashed. This issue was not reproducible last week. It seems like a regression.
