What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, right click on extension icon in omnibox and select 'options' from the context menu.
2. Observe the text for 'Auto Replace' on extension option overlay.

Actual: 'Auto Replace' note appears chopped on extension option overlay.
Expected: 'Auto Replace' note should not appear chopped on extension option overlay.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, and below is the bisect-info
