This is expected at the moment as the Help Center article hasn't been uploaded yet - see b/112333907. Assigning to Jesse for now to keep track of this. Let's make sure these pages are up by the time M-71 goes live. CC'ing relevant folks.

As discussed in the meeting today, Jesse is going to chat with folks about publishing these articles without waiting for nocturnes to be out in the wild.

I connected with the Help Center team, and their policy is to not publish articles for new features until the build containing those features has rolled out to at least 20% of STABLE channel users. I'm removing the ReleaseBlock-Stable label from this bug, since it doesn't make sense for this bug to block the release that is blocking the publishing which is blocking this bug. :) Will close when M71 goes to stable.
