Non-Regression : Unnecessary space is seen between digits in 'Choose your PIN' Overlay of Sign-in screen

Chrome Version:  72.0.3580.0/11160.0.0 dev channel Kip, Daisy & Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> Sign-in to user -> In 'Choose your PIN' screen -> enter digits in PIN field and observe unnecessary space between digits 
(Please refer video)

Actual: No such unnecessary space should be seen between digits 
Expected: Instead unnecessary space is seen between digits 

This is a Non-Regression issue as 'Choose your PIN' screen is seen from 72.0.3580.0/11159.0.0 dev

I believe this matches specs.

Closing as WontFix. Please reopen if you think it's still wrong.

+elizabethchiu@, it does seem like there is an excessively large amount space between dots.
