Issue descriptionVersion: 72.0.3581.0 (Official Build)Revision 694c924ff97377dc28696e1796587cef97b1c10e-refs/branch-heads/3581@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) and Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.13.1,10.14.1,10.13.6) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://settings/content/cookies 2. Bring focus on See all cookies and site data arrow icon and press 'Enter' key which navigates to chrome://settings/siteData 3. Now bring focus on arrow icon of first item of siteData page and press 'Enter' key 4. Now press 'Enter' key twice immediately when focus is on Back navigation arrow icon and observe page navigation Actual: Unnecessary page is navigated to chrome://settings/content/cookies on pressing 'Enter' key twice Expected: Page should navigate to chrome://settings/siteData subpage on pressing 'Enter' key twice This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 62.0.3199.0 (Revision: 497963) Bad build: 62.0.3200.0 (Revision: 498321) You are probably looking for a change made after 498240 (known good), but no later than 498241 (first known bad).
