The master had enough information to fail the build and stop the inflight slaves from continuing given the outcome was already decided. The key part of the log: 00:32:24: INFO: will_submit set contains 0 changes: [] might_submit set contains 0 changes: [] will_not_submit set contains 6 changes: [CL:*690387 CL:1258567 CL:1267876 CL:1270415 CL:1278463 CL:1278611] The build decided there were no CLs that could be submitted therefore aborted. -- Mike
