To test ARC audio HAL, resampler and format converter, we need to improve autotest.

1. Always use USB as input/output because it is stabler than 3.5mm or onboard speaker.

2. Test mono source file, and check output on both channel. This helps catching bug like https://b.corp.google.com/issues/117116052.

3. Test stereo source file and check output on both channel.

4. Play 44100 rate. This tests resampler.

5. Play S24_LE format. This tests format converter.
