Issue description

Chrome Version       : 69.0.3497.100
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:Do not use
    Firefox:Fail
    IE/Edge:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Could you please provide detailed repro steps, due to which ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE is observed. Also mention the antivirus installed on your system which will help us in triaging the issue further.

I just log into Gmail.com through Google and get the unreachable message.
It is exactly the same through Firefox. I use Kaspersky anti virus 2018.
