Gmail only works with Internet Explorer or firefox, but no more with Chrome. All other Google applications works fine except Gmail where I get messages

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 using Windows 10 by following below steps.

Steps:

1.Launched chrome.
2.Navigated to "www.gmail.com".
3.Signed into Gmail account, able to log in without any errors.

Attached screencast for reference.
@reporter: Could you please mention what kind of error is being displayed and let us know which antivirus is being used on your system. The issue seems similar to issue id: 893958 could you please check and confirm whether both issues are similar or not. Tentatively CC'ing davidben@ and requesting to check and help in further triaging of this issue.

This is likely due to a buggy antivirus, firewall, or proxy on your machine or network that is breaking with newer versions of TLS (TLS 1.3). Do you have any of those on your machine? If so, which ones? In particular, are you running Kaspersky anti-virus? We've gotten some reports that they recently broke something. Does it work if you disable "Scan encrypted connections"?

It would also help us to get a NetLog of what occurred if you can reproduce it, see details here:

I have malwarebytes premium but it has never stopped my gmail from working
on firefox and internet explorer. I have attached a screenshot of my
computer when I'm on gmail.

Could you also capture a NetLog as requested in comment #3.

Your screenshot also appears to not have been attached.
We'll need the requested information to proceed further on this bug, otherwise we'll need to close it.

You don't happen to have Kaspersky installed?
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
I don't know why or how but it's working fine with chrome now.
