@ren.mitchell18: Unable to reproduce this issue on latest stable #69.0.3497.100 using Pixel 2, As per above comment you are using older version of chrome. Could you please upgrade chrome to latest stable and report back the behavior. If this is still reproducible please provide device details and screencast, this would help in further triaging.
