What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Setup new Chromebook or box
(2) Enable Play Store

What is the expected result?
My happy catalog of Play Apps gets installed and I have one message from the Play Store that it is doing that (which I can see)

What happens instead?
I get countless notifications about apps being installed, having been installed, installing popping in an out. I remember we discussed suppressing those. Can we do that
