Hi. I found a bug in google photo. During the synchronization of  "Google photo" on the phone, the program crashed. I went to google photo in the web interface,I found that the problem was in one photo, which i deleted earlier, even from the basket. After deleting this photo, the error disappearedto. I sent reports with this error for about a month from my Samsung Note 8 from account kbjump1@gmail.com. So that you understand the picture appeared after complete deletion.
