Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open website with much content 2. try to scroll down while loading pictures 3. click on several pictures to open link What is the expected behavior? doesnt work, always very slow What went wrong? I think its an flash problem, maybe videocarddriver Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes cant reproduce Does this work in other browsers? Tried testing the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 using Windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "www.shutterstock.com/". 3.Scrolled down the page. 4.Opened several pictures, observed pictures got loaded with some slow speed. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review the above attachment and let us know if anything is being missed here. If possible request you to provide a sample URL/file and screencast/screenshot of the issue so that it would be really helpful for further triaging of the issue. Thanks.!
