The instructions for using webview beta channel is slightly different when your devices is running N or above:
https://www.chromium.org/developers/androidwebview/android-webview-beta
Thanks again. The only option I have in "webview implementation" is "Chrome
stable". No other options to change setting to "Chrome dev"?
Install the corresponding chrome channel from the play store.
Thanks again but no link to install channel in your message?
Thanks so much. Sorry to keep bothering you but should I uninstall regular
Google Chrome app now?
No
Sorry again for the bother, but I don't have a great amount of space on my
phone. Why do I need to run 2 versions of Chrome?
