staging: test_push is failing

test_push has been failing since Oct 10 and causing StagingTestSuccessRateLow alert: http://shortn/_B75SpO9FjO

The error seems to be:
[chromeos-staging-master2.hot.corp.google.com] out: ERROR:root:Failed to resolve server name cros-skylab-staging-1.cbf.corp.google.com.
[chromeos-staging-master2.hot.corp.google.com] out: ERROR:root:Failed to resolve server name cros-skylab-staging-2.cbf.corp.google.com.

Looks like cros-skylab-staging-* is hot not cbf.

The only reference to cros-skylab-staging-*.cbf seems to be in server_db.textpb:

Oh oops, I forgot to change that back, issue 882562  We moved them to cbf and back as an experiment, I fixed the whitelists but forgot the inventory.
