What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run the chrome cleanup tool where UwS and Unwanted Extensions is present
(2) Click "Remove" when it asks to clean the UwS

What is the expected result?
The unwanted extensions are removed and it's clear to the user that they have been uninstalled and can't be retrieved.

What happens instead?
It displays:

"Done! Harmful software removed. To turn extensions back on, visit Extensions."

This is misleading as the extensions we removed cannot be turned back on as they were uninstalled. The extensions this string is referring to is the non-UwS installed extensions which are automatically disabled by the Chrome Cleanup Tool.
