+bpastene & jbudorick - FYI, in case you know what's happening. wjmaclean@ - could you provide an example build? I found e.g. https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Android%20CFI/3200 from Oct 7 failing with: NoDevicesError: No devices attached. The only other build from the last 200 builds with a failing content_unittests is https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Android%20CFI/3245 from Oct 11, same failure. So it's not really that regular. However, a similar error seems to happen relatively regularly for other tests, e.g.: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Android%20CFI/3309 Shard #2 of unit_tests failed with: NoDevicesError: All devices were blacklisted due to errors It seems we've scheduled something on a swarming bot with a broken or missing device (which normally shouldn't happen, but occasionally might?)
