Wrong icon for extension in toolbar

I have Chromite Butler installed and the icon in my toolbar is different from the icon in the extension settings page (puzzle icon in extension settings page and C icon in toolbar).

Perhaps it's from a stale cache?

Oh, I see, what's happening is that the first letter of the extension is put in a gray box. Okay, I'm going to file a different bug about that since the gray box looks like a disabled extension.
