Consider/add some SearchAnswer metrics back to the app_list answer card impl

The CL at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1269622 migrates app_list answer cards to a new implementation which uses the Content Service. The exact translation of SearchAnswer metrics from the old implementation[1][2][3] to the new one is unclear, so they've been omitted for now.

We should figure out whether these metrics still have value and, if so, how to collect them again in a way that's consistent with the old implementation.

Omri, do we still need the client side answer card metrics? I think from these comments, they are broken.
