The servod ec3po console and interpreter StartLoop() functions currently suppress all exceptions.  They do at least print any exceptions, which should be visible to most human servod users on the terminal they ran servod from, but AFAIK we don't expect or intend for arbitrary exceptions to happen.  Let's stop suppressing them.
