Steps:
1. Load attached testcase with VoiceOver
2. Down arrow (or up) through lines

What happens:
After each line is read, the following help text is also read:
"You are currently on a text element, inside of a text area. To enter text in this area, type."

Expected:
Line is read. Help instructions are only given first time area is entered.
