google account looping to sign in page

Issue description

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Samsung s7 cell phone just looping back to sign in page even when i put in account password
(2)

Expected Result:

My Cell phone will not log into my google account and i cant use any apps on it whats going on here 

Actual Result:

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always 


What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? need to use my apps for work too

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Samsung S7 using test account.

@jasongosse42: Could you please check the issue by removing all Google Accounts and Add account.

Requesting someone from Services>SignIn team for further help in triaging this issue.

1. Do you have your account on the device?
2. Can you use this account in other apps like GMail?
3. Are you signed in and syncing in Chrome?
