onchnage event is not firing in chrome latest version (71.0.3573.0 (Official Build) dev (32-bit))

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3573.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. while changing in the drop down using onchange method 
2. displaying textfield visible and but it's not fired onchange event in chrome
3. working fine in fire fox and IE

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
don't know but i think so,i'm getting problem due to the latest version of chrome.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3573.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

Sounds like a duplicate of  bug 893951 .
Hello. I am having trouble reproducing your issue. Could you provide an example or clarifiy your steps? Thanks.
It's already fixed in Chrome Canary 71.0.3578.0.

Only Canary channel is fixed currently.
Dev channel will be updated in a few days.
