Legacy Browser Support redirects URL which are not in Enterprise Mode Site List

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Enter Dropbox.com
3. It is opening in chrome

What is the expected behavior?
It should open in Chrome

What went wrong?
Website redirects from chrome to IE

WebStore page: dropbox.com

Unable to reproduce the issue on win-10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest canary #72.0.3580.0.
Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
-----------
1. Opened Chrome
2. Navigated to http://dropbox.com/
3. Observed that the site opened in chrome as expected.

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #72.0.3580.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
