What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open ubertray
(2)Go to Input methods section >> click on the already selected input method and observe

Actual: Unnecessary ripple effect is seen on already selected input method that too which cannot be unchecked
Expected: No such unnecessary ripple effect should be seen   

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
