Talky.io: Not able to perform webrtc calls when enabling Unified plan

Issue description

Chrome Version: 71.0.3569.0 
OS: Linux HP Z440

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In DUT: Open the Chrome with the following command using terminal, 
(2) open chrome with the flag --enable-blink-features=RTCUnifiedPlanByDefault&
(3) Go to https://talky.io/ and join the meeting from other device [It can be any device]


What is the expected result?
Meeting goes well without any audio or video issues. 

What happens instead?
As soon as the peer joins the meeting, DUT device doesn't receive any video feed from the peer. 

Error: 
One other person is connected, but there was a problem receiving their audio or video.
Try refreshing the page.

Reproducible in Linux and Windows as well. 
Oh right, that might explain the Tokbox issue too!

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
I tried by local build (which has the onaddstream fix) and I am able to perform a call with Unified Plan. I'm marking this as fixed, to be verified when a recent build is available for vasanthakumar@.

Verified in M71.0.3578.8 Mac.
