Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open the Settings app on a Chrome device.
Go to "Screen Lock".

What is the expected behavior?
There should be a space character to the left of "Learn more".

What went wrong?
The description and the "Learn more" link are sticking together.

Even more visible in localized versions that omit the "." at the end of the description (see enclosed screenshot of German UI).
