Reporter: can you please provide a URL?

When you say "delay display of main page content", I'm assuming the page doesn't finish loading? Does it never finish or just takes longer than usual? Is the loading spinner still animating?

Do you have any extensions installed? Can you try in a fresh Chrome profile or incognito mode?
