Users in ep4 cannot rename dirve files in Files app

Description:
Issues happens to users in ep4.com only

When users in domain are trying to rename files on Drive in Files app, screen flashes and filename reverts to original, as per video attached (RVG)

It is resolved by enabling Enable DriveFS" flag in Chrome 70 beta.

It doesn't happen to unmanaged users on the same device.

From drive-internals it appears that the users full corpus had not yet been loaded, hence files app is not really ready to process changed.

Can you tell me if this problem has gone away now for the user?
