ChromeOS printing lacks pdf validation

The ChromeOS printing workflow currently uses PDFium for any pdf(print file) handling. PDFium does not support a pdf-sanitizer, so the current workflow is lacking any pdf validation.

This should be investigated, discussed with security, and the result kept current across all printing workflows, i.e. via ARC, via Parallels, via etc.
