I'm assuming we need a login to see your page, but if you mean the log-in page itself won't load, it works for me in 71.0.3577.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64).

lumartineau27@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the latest Stable 69.0.3497.100 and the latest Canary 72.0.3581.0 and unable to reproduce the issue.
On navigating to the site http://my.usu.edu/, can observe that the page is loading without any issues.

Request you to update Chrome to the latest Stable/Canary and update the thread with the observations.
As you said the page is crashing with Aw snap message, request you to provide the crash ID from Chrome://crashes, which will help in further triaging of the issue.

Thanks..
