Google chrome can't sign in to gmail

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 69.0.3497.100
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
    IE/Edge:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Can't sign in to gmail

What happens instead of that?

@Reporter: Could you please check the same in a new profile without any apps & extensions and let us know if the issue still persists. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.
 Issue 894639  has been merged into this issue.
New profile didn't work. Disabling TLS 1.3 in chrome://flags/ resolve the problem. Is it secure to disable this feature?

No, it's not desirable to disable TLS 1.3.

Are you running Kaspersky anti-virus? They shipped a bad update a couple weeks ago that caused connections to break (there was no change on our end). They've since shipped an update, so it may be resolved for you now.
Yes, I'm running Kaspersky anti-virus. So that's the problem. Now gmail is working fine. Thanks.
