s/retry/debug/ in task's "Debug" button pop-up

Issue description

When clicking a task's "Debug" button, the pop-up that appears is similar to the one that pops up when clicking the "Retry" button. Since they do slightly different things, can we get the pop-up for "Debug" to use the word "debug" instead of "retry"?
