What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Follow a link on 'suggested content' from the NTP. Ideally one to a page that will trigger DOM distiller's infobar.
(2) Navigate back from the article before the infobar has appeared.

What is the expected result?
DOM distiller infobar "Show simplified version" should not appear on chrome-native.

What happens instead?
DOM distiller appears to be determining distillability behind the scenes. This can race with navigations and cause "Show simplified view" to appear on the wrong page.

This is fairly hard to repro, but it definitely can happen.
