So this should have been disabled on the bot and assigned to the owner of the benchmark. We never got around to policies on open bugs in the bot health sheriff label or on disabled tests. It is the responsibility of the bot health sheriff to glance through the backlog at open bugs and ping/re-assign when necessary.

go/perfbot-sheriff has some policies in it that weren't followed for this bug. However, I don't see that go/perfbot-sheriff has a policy that we should glance through the backlog. Feel free to send a changelist to add that as the policy.
