Remove code used by stars bookmark extensions.

As of Aug 18, the extensions have been deprecated and uninstall themselves when updated. There is no need to keep this extra code around anymore.

According to the webstore listing [1], there's still 500k users on the bookmark extension, and looking at the code, it doesn't seem like it uninstalls itself.  Are we sure these were pushed out to users?
