ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED in buildbucket plugin

On skia-review.googlesource.com Gerrit when logged in as mtklein@google.com, I'm seeing these two errors:

GET https://skia-review.googlesource.com/plugins/buildbucket/static/cr-build-block.html net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED 200

GET https://skia-review.googlesource.com/plugins/buildbucket/static/cr-tryjob-picker.js net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED 200


Incognito, mtklein@gmail, and mtklein@chromium windows seem to load these fine.

I'm seeing it on all reviews, e.g. https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/157761.

I can not reproduce this but there was a new Gerrit release today that may have had something to do with this and may be affecting other users. Nodir?

i cannot reproduce. 

FWIW there was a release of buildbucket-gerrit plugin too, but I don't think it is related. The change was https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/gerrit-plugins/buildbucket/+/1272221
